What's the right way to care for my custom hoodie?
We highly recommend dry cleaning your Stadium Patch custom hoodie to avoid damaging the garment or the customizations. If you do wash it at home, make sure to turn the hoodie inside out first and wash on a gentle cycle. Most importantly, NEVER put your custom hoodie in the dryer. Let it air dry.
Can I use trademarked logo or images on my custom hoodie?
Unfortunately, we are not able to use any trademarked images on our hoodies. We offer a wide variety of patches to help you create a custom garment that really represents you.
What is your return policy?
Because every Stadium Patch hoodie and hat is one of a kind and custom made, we are not able to offer refunds on your purchase. Please keep in mind that handmade customized items might have minor imperfections or deviations from your design. We do not offer refunds for minor imperfections or deviations.
Will my patches be exactly where I placed them in the design tool?
Obviously, we will do our best to match every hat and hoodie with your designs. Please be aware, though, that there might be minor variations or imperfections since each hoodie is customized by hand.
What is your delivery time?
Since our hats and hoodies are customized by hand, we begin production after we receive your payment. Our turnaround time depends on when you order and the volume of orders we've received. Rest assured, though, that we'll do everything in our power to get you customized and looking stylish as quickly as possible.
Is the shipping cost included in the price?
No. All prices are for your hat or hoodie and the customization. Shipping is an additional charge based on shipping location and the shipping method you choose.
Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship outside of the Continental United States. This is something we'd like to offer in the future, but for now we're not able to accomodate international shipping.
